YOUR APPOINTMENT

For new patients, your initial appointment can take up to two hours depending on what tests are required prior to or after the specialist sees you.

We also ask that under Covid-19 Guidelines, we ask that unless necessary that a support person accompanies you to your appointment, we ask that you don’t bring anyone with you.

We also ask that all our patients wear masks and use the hand sanitiser provided in the clinic.

If you are a new patient OR you haven’t been to see us in the past 12 months, please complete the Patient Registration Form.

Prior to your arrival at Thorndon Eye Clinic, we do require you to complete a Covid Patient Questionnaire within 24 hours of your appointment.
